The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has released a 'Negative Response Letter' to help with debit or credit card claims, following the collapse of Blue Islands.
Passengers who booked directly with Blue Islands using a debit or credit card may be required to provide a 'Negative Response Letter' to their bank to enable a claim to be made.
Many banks will expect you to provide this letter alongside your travel documents and proof of payment.
You can find the letter on the CCA website, here.
