Be vigilant – the States of Jersey Police have issued a warning about parcel delivery scams.
The Police said: "We’ve seen a few reports in the last few days about a parcel delivery scam where victims receive an email supposedly from DPD Parcel Delivery informing them that they have tried to deliver a parcel and are requesting bank or payment details to re-deliver the package.
"Be aware, this is a scam. Scams like this are common and they could pretend to be from Amazon, Google, Microsoft or HM Customs and the list goes on.
"Please be vigilant and be scam aware."
