JT service update: customers struggling to scroll on social media

Have you been experiencing issues downloading images and videos, especially on social media sites?

Like others in Jersey, we have been experiencing problems on social media with the downloading of images and videos.

Posts are showing, but there is a blank box where the image should be. 

JT are looking into this issue and have issued the post below on social media, which we were able to download.

We haven't experienced problems today, so we're hopeful that this issue is resolved now.
